Board Nomination Timeline
4/1
April 1 - Nomination forms for the election at the Annual Meeting are due.
In order to be considered for the slate of 2024 - 2027 board nominees, you must complete and submit your application form to townandgownnomcomm@gmail.com as an attachment. If you are unable to submit the form via email, please call (405) 372-9122 and leave a voicemail for Cindy Sheets indicating that you'd like to submit a paper form.

April 8 - 22: The committee chairs will schedule interviews with all nominees.
Nominees should be prepared to discuss their experience, skills, and goals for their term.
4/30
April 30: The committee will reach out with a decision.
Every nominee will be notified as to whether their name will appear on the slate presented to the membership at the Annual Meeting.
5/7
First Tuesday of May: The committee will present the slate to the general Town & Gown Membership at the Annual Meeting.
The general membership of Town & Gown will vote on the slate presented by the nominating committee.
